Valentine's Swim Fest is a fun, kid-friendly, and family-focused swimming event that celebrates the joy of swimming in a safe and positive environment. Open to swimmers of all ages and skill levels, the event encourages children to enjoy racing, build confidence, and experience good sportsmanship, while families come together to cheer, support, and create lasting memories in a festive Valentine-themed atmosphere where every swimmer is celebrated.

- Swimmers must fill in the entry form with their seed times, failure to do so; the swimmer will be marked “No Time”. Swimmers are allowed to swim only 5 Individual Events and 2 Relays. Scratching of entries must be submitted 2 days prior to the event (February 13, 2026).
- NO MORE SUBMISSION OF RELAY ENTRIES DURING THE COMPETITION DAY. NO RELAY ENTRIES SUBMITTED NO PLAY.

AWARDS:
- Medals (Class A, B and C) for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
- MOS Medals for the Most Outstanding Swimmers in each Age & Class will be based on points, in case of tie, the number of gold medals won by the swimmer shall break the tie and so on.
- Team Trophies for the Over-all champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up will be based on the combined points of Class A, Class B and Class C. In case of a tie, the number of Gold Medal won will break the tie and so on.
Note: Relay Points will not be counted for the Most Outstanding Swimmer
Reminder: NO AWARDING WILL BE CONDUCTED. The Coach will just claim the medals.

GENERAL RULES:
- Verification of the swimmer’s age shall apply.
- Technical Committee may ask the team to produce authenticated birth certificates of swimmers.
- All protests must be done in writing along with a protest fee of P3,000.00. Protest must be filed within 30 minutes after the posting of the result. If found valid, the protest fee will be returned by the Technical Committee.
- Any protest files beyond the said time frame will not be entertained. Only the head coach or team manager may file the protest.
- No other stopwatch/es shall be entertained other than the official stopwatches being used by the deck officials. No video camera, cellphone or any other video shall be entertained for protest during the meet.
- Each participating team shall be responsible for their First Aid and Medical Coverage of their swimmers.
REMINDERS:
- Coaches and Managers must thoroughly review the INFO KIT and ENTRY details before submitting the entry form.
- The MEET PROGRAM will be posted in our GC before the competition.
- Partial and official results will be posted on the designated area/s.
- Guest and spectators are only allowed in specific designated areas.
- Reasonable priced foods, snacks and drinks are available in the venue.
- Only Head Coaches and Team Managers are allowed to approach the Technical Committee.
- The Organizers are not in any way liable for any injury, loss of life or property at any time during the competition.

4x50m BALLOON FREESTYLE RELAY - EVENT MECHANICS:
- Team Composition
- Each team shall be composed of four (4) swimmers.
- The team must include both boys and girls (mixed-gender team).
- This is an Open Age Category – swimmers of any age may participate.
- Event Nature
- The Balloon Freestyle Relay is a special fun event.
- No points will be awarded toward the overall team standing.
- Participating teams will compete for a separate special prize.
- Race Mechanics
- Each team will use one (1) balloon for the entire relay.
- The balloon must be passed from one swimmer to the next at the designated exchange area.
- Each swimmer must complete the assigned distance while carrying or controlling the balloon.
- The balloon must remain intact and airborne/on the water from start to finish.
- Disqualification Rules
- A team will be automatically disqualified if:
- The balloon pops, or
- The balloon floats away or goes out of the competition area before all four swimmers complete their swim.
- A team will be automatically disqualified if:
- Stroke
- All swimmers shall swim freestyle.
- Any freestyle kick and arm movement is allowed, as long as the balloon is maintained.
- Safety & Fair Play
- Rough handling or intentional popping of the balloon is strictly prohibited.
- Officials’ decisions are final.
