In an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle to Cebuanos, Subgu Tiathlon in cooperation with Zipline and The Outpost has organized a running adventure to kick off the summer scene as they stage Run to the Clouds on March 21, 2010. This unique eight kilometer run, which will start at The Outpost in Nivel Hills and end at the Zipline in Busay, Cebu City, promises to give runners a picturesque view of Busay and afford participants a breathtaking vista of Metro Cebu. The route is doable enough for newbie runners and challenging enough for intermediate and advanced runners looking for a new road racing experience. Registration is pegged at P250 which includes singlet, race number plus a 20% discount to try the zipline. The event is estimated to attract at least 500 runners and will give participants, their friends and family a chance to enjoy the Zipline adventure that awaits at the finish.
Bus transportation will also be provided to take the runners from Busay to JY Square after the awarding ceremony. Date and venue of registration will be announced soon.
